It is extremely light and breathable. The heel is about average with a secured midfoot. The consistency of the cushioning is also an asset. It has definitely resulted in an extremely-cushioned ride with superior responsiveness. A very good shoe for long-distance running and shorter distances. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
