Auto-Replenishment Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Auto-Replenishment program (“Auto Replenishment”).  These Terms are between you and Drybar Holdings LLC and/or its affiliates (“Drybar”, “we”, or “us”), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations.  The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Drybar relating to Auto-Replenishment program. Please note that your use of thedrybar.com website is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitation and requirements on thedrybar.com website, all of which (as updated from time-to-time) are incorporated into these Terms.  By placing an order through our Auto-Replenishment program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.  Please read these Terms carefully.

Here’s How It Works:

The Auto-Replenishment program includes all of the perks noted on the Frequently Asked Questions page and are part of these Terms.  thedrybar.com reserves the right to change the Auto-Replenishment perks, including the discount amounts, shipping discounts (if any), and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion.  All changes will apply to future orders, including for current auto-replenishment subscribers. 

Auto-Replenishment Products

The Auto-Replenishment program perks are limited to items displaying the Auto-Replenishment purchase message.  Our Auto-Replenishment is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the continental United States.  Your participation in the Auto-Replenishment program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your participation in the Auto-Replenishment program or any perks to any third party without our authorization. 

Auto-Replenishment program perks and any Auto-Replenishment limited time special auto-replenishment promotions in effect apply only to eligible products displaying the Auto-Replenishment message, and then only if you select the Auto-Replenishment delivery method.  Auto-Replenishment is good while supplies last.  Special limited time auto-replenishment promotions only apply during their effective dates. 

All returns under the Auto-Replenishment program are subject to thedrybar.com Refund & Return Policy. Our Auto-Replenishment program is void where prohibited. 

The Fine Print on Payment, Renewal & Cancellation

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto-Replenishment order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Auto-Replenishment discount (if applicable), plus any applicable sales tax.  Any thedrybar.com eligible customer credits may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging the remaining balance to your payment method.  Drybar gift cards and coasters may not be used for any orders placed on thedrybar.com and may not be used as payment Auto-Replenishment orders. 

The charge for each Auto-Replenishment item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your auto-replenishment or as otherwise directed by you.  If we are unable to complete your Auto-Replenishment order with the payment method you used to create your auto-replenishment, you authorize us to update your auto-replenishment with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Auto-Replenishment order.

If your auto-replenishment is temporarily out-of-stock, we will send you an email alerting you to that and will ship your order and charge your payment method as soon as it is back in stock.  If you want to cancel your order doing this period, please follow the cancellation methods listed below. 

Your auto-replenishment will remain in effect until it is cancelled.  You may cancel at any time via your Auto-Replenishment page, which can be found by logging into your Account profile at thedrybar.com or by calling Drybar’s Client Service team at (877) 379 – 2279. Cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the product shipment date in which case the cancellation will be processed for the following shipment. If you cancel auto-replenishment for an item and then reactivate it, any discounts applied to the Auto-Replenishment item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation.  If the Auto-Replenishment discount percentage for the program changes or any other Auto-Replenishment perks change, the new discount and/or perks will be applied to your future shipments of that item. 

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Drybar may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on thedrybar.com website), without notice to you.  If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or terms and conditions.  Your continued participation after we change these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.  If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your auto-replenishment.

What is the Auto-Replenishment program?

The Auto-Replenishment program is an automatic renewal program that is offered online for select Drybar products. Subscribe to our Auto-Replenishment service and enjoy the convenience of having your faves delivered to your door when you want them, plus receive 10% off and free shipping. Yay!

How does the Auto-Replenishment program work? 

Shop & select your favorite Drybar products. Select how often you’d like to receive it (30 days, 60 days, 90 days). Drybar applies a 10% discount to each product purchase & ships it to you (for free)! Enjoy!

How do I change the credit card used for my Auto-Replenishment orders? 

Log-in to your Drybar account. Select ‘Auto Replenishment’ within the ‘My Account’ section. Click ‘Update Credit Card’ on the product you’d like to update your billing information for, fill in the new information, and then select, ‘Update’.

What shipping charges are associated with Auto-Replenishment orders?

Auto-Replenishment orders ship for free.  Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Drybar’s Refund & Return policy and shipping charges may apply. 

How do I change my shipping address for my Auto-Replenishment orders?

Log-in to your Drybar account. Select ‘Auto Replenishment’ within the ‘My Account’ section. Click ‘Update Shipping/Billing Address’ on the product you’d like to update your shipping information for, fill in the new information, and then select, ‘Update’.

How do I view my future Auto-Replenishment deliveries?

Log-in to your Drybar account. Select ‘Auto Replenishment’ within the ‘My Account’ section.

When will my Auto-Replenishment order be charged?

Auto-Replenishment orders will be charged to the payment method you provided on the day the order is fulfilled.  This will occur within 1 to 3 business days of the order date and frequency that was selected when you signed up for the Auto-Replenishment program.

When will my Auto-Replenishment products ship?

All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose for your auto-replenishment schedule.  For example, if you sign-up for Auto-Replenishment on January 1st to replenish every 30 days, your next replenishment will be shipped on February 1st.

How do I change the frequency of a Auto-Replenishment shipment or put it on pause?

Log-in to your Drybar account. Select ‘Auto Replenishment’ within the ‘My Account’ section. Click ‘Edit’  or ‘Pause’ on the product you’d like to update your shipping information for, select the change you’d like to make, and then select, ‘Update’.

How do I cancel all future Auto-Replenishment orders?

Log-in to your Drybar account. Select ‘Auto Replenishment’ within the ‘My Account’ section. Click ‘Cancel’ on the product you’d like to update your shipping information for and then select ‘Yes, Remove’.
